The Furrnal Days

Day 190

So as these last furrew days have been winding down I have furround out exactly why these two-paws have purrt me through so much mess. It's beclaws they love me to death. It's crazy but yes they sent me to the vet, gave me a bath, and have tortured me with catnip and efurrything else all beclaws they loved me.

They always love me. Life here hasn't been that bad or unpurrleasant. I've gotten used to how these two-paws opurrate and run this shelter. I mean I can still have mew furreedom and still have mew treats they give me.

They lather me in affurrection and love. They purrlay with me and purret me whenefurr I want them to. They purractically worship me. I might as well be the next Bast. Efurrything I do they say it's purrfectly adorable and all of that mushy love stuff.

I can still have mew cat naps whenefurr i want. Purreace and quiet furrom efurrybody in the shelter. It's like I almost rule this shelter. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that in the end I actually love this purrlace and I hope I don't leave these two-paws efurr. I love them too.

It's purractically purradise here and I love all of the adventure that has happurrened to me so furrar. Efurryday is a new adventure, a new memory being made. I don't mind the craziness as much anymore beclaws I know they would nefurr hurt me in the end.

These last weeks I have made a furramily I am purroud to call mine and mine alone. Ohana means furramily and furramily means that nobody gets lefurrt behind. I sure won't leave this furramily behind. They've done so much furr me and all I have in return to give is just being there furr them when they need a furriend.

P.S. This goes out to all my faithful viewers and all of my loyal followers. Even though this may be the last blog needed to complete my English assignment I will still continue to blog. I might not blog every week and quite as frequently, but I will continue to blog never-the-less. I never knew how much I loved blogging until this project was assigned. Hap-purr-y Birthday!!!

Day 176

These two-paws have abandoned me fur about three days now. I have just returned furrom the evil vet again. Those monstrous two-paws at the vet stuck me with a long needle fur blood work they said. Whatefurr that means. Then they put a cat-heter inside me and I was stuck into a pouncing cave fur three whole days. They did this beclaws of a urinary infurrection I appurrently had. They even had to shave mew legs! Now I look furry furrnny and am self-conscious. It was just awfurrl.

 I'm going to be the laughing stock of all mew cat furriends. I don't know if I can handle all of the embarrassment. What am I going to do?

I have now returned home. Thank Bast! I am so hap-purr-y beclaws it's mew birthday!!! I am now furrour years old today. I've been waiting furr May 3rd to come all year. I furreel so old. I am now a grown cat, no longer a kitten. I should be having such a great birthday but no I'm all furrustrated afurrter all that mess at the vet.

 These two-paws did make it up to me though. They actually allowed me to eat the king of the sea. I got to enjoy a can of tuna. Mmm it was soo de-fish-ious! The two-paws though had to sing a furry furrnny tune to me. They stuck this burning stick into mew tuna. I almost burned

mewself befurr I ate it. It was worth all of the commotion though. Afurrter all of the pain and suf-furr-ing I've been through it was a nice gesture that these two-paws did. I think I'm actually warming up to them afurrter all these months. Oh

Bast! What in the world am I saying? I must still be a little crazy afurrter the anesthesia I was put under. All in all the day went well. I got away furrom that evil vet purrlace and I got mewself a can of tuna. I might actually survive this

crazy adventure yet. We'll see. I think it was just a bit too extreme of an adventure fur me though so I think I going to take a much needed long cat nap.

A Watery Death

Day 157

So afurrter furrinding that I have furrleas I have furround out something furrar more worse than little crawly monsters on me. It's something that I never ever ever! want to do again. It's called a bath. It deals with water, something that cats, since the beginning of time, have dreaded. Why do I even need a bath. I mean I can clean myself purrfectly furrine. The purrocess was scary. They furrist locked me in this one cave then they turned on the dreaded water. They then stuck me in the giant water bowl with themselves. They seem to be immune to this water thing.

They start purroring the liquid killer onto me. I try to do evfurrything I can to these two-paws to get them to stop this murder. I scream and scratch and meow but nothing seems to work. It's just awfurrl. They then start to lather me in this white stinky substance that's just horrible. They

rub it all in and let it sit there.  It's so awfurrl and unpurresantly horrifurric. I just furry wanted it to all end. I was not a happy kitty at all. Afurrter all of that misery had ended I just wanted to get out ofurr there. Ofurr course they lefurrt me in there. So I had to wait furrefurr befur they let me-out.  When they furrnally let me-out they wraped me up in a furrzzy cloth material and wouldn't let go. The weird purrart ofurr this was that they tried drying the watter offurr ofurr me afurrter they purrt it on me in the furrist purrlace! I will never understand these two-paws and their ways. I just hope that they will never efurr purrt me through that again. I hope they're happy beclaws I'm not. I'm going to go sulk and purrout in a corner afurrter mew cat nap.

Day 134

            So I was furry purrleased to furrnally get out of this shelter, but defurrnitely not like this. You've cat to be kitten me right meow! I actually got out of the shelter and furr a purrlesantly delightfurrl ride in this giant mew-ving litter box. It was furry scary, like oh mew Bast!

  


I could purractically see all nine of mew lives furrlash befurr me. I thought it was great but scary all at the same time. I don't furry know how I furry furreel right meow.  But anyways, mew excitement is getting

me off track of what the furry scary adventure furry was. I mean, furry! One mewnute I'm just riding along, enjoying the scenery and trying not to be such a scaredy cat. Then all of a sudden, bam! We're at this other litter shelter. I went along, not like I furry had a choice in this mewtter. It was furry purrculiar on the inside. The walls were all solid white and furry purrale. The furry weird purrt about this was that there were other creatures, even cats, in this one room. They all had the same furracial emotion as I did, compurrlete horror. I almost purreed mew purrants. Well I would have if I had purrants. The two-paws took me into this room with this other two-paw in this white cloth mewterial. This two-paw was a mewster though. He thoroughly checked me out like I was his prey. He said I had these things called "fleas" then he just attacked me! He randomly bit me! I mewed at the top of mew lungs! I wanted out of there as furrast as purrossible! I clawed and clawed at him and furrnally we got out of there. I never ever ever ever!!! Like ever want to go back! These two-paws call that evil purrlace the "vet". Hiss, even that name makes me want to throw up a hairball. Afurrter all of that disastrous mess I'm going to take a cat nap.

The Wonders of Catnip

Day 119

So I am slowly getting furry bored in this shelter. Like extremely bored. Then I notice that these two-paws were up to something fishy again. I never know what they'll do next. So, me being furry curious, as usual, I investigate. Turns out they bought back some little treat they said. They call it "catnip" That just sounds furry unpurrleasant, like it comes furrom a cat. I was scaredy cat furr a moment befurr I realized it has nothing to do with a cat.

It's green and smells purrleasantly, pawsitively, purreciously delightfurrl. I cat explain the smell but once I smell it, it's like I'm on cloud 9. It just changes mew whole purrsonality with this one treat. Instead of me being all hypurr and energetic all the time, I just want to calm down and like meditate or something.




 It's just so relaxing and calming to the soul. I don't know what it is about this stuff, but I like it. These two-paws though don't allow me to be around the stuff for furry long and they usually hide it in a pouncing cave or some other furry diffurrcult purrlace I cat seem to furrind. It's furry furrustrating and I might just end up having a hissy furrit.




                                                                               




I almost just want to sleep even more when I am in contact with this. I just cat get enough of this Nepeta Cataria. It only lasts 20 mewnutes though befurr it wears off. It's intoxi-cat-ing and I think the two-paws are using it to their advantage. It's just so

 purrfect that I thi, I think I am go, going t-to take, take a um, a catnap. Yeah yeah a catnap. That sounds furry lovely right now. zzzzzzzz-meow-zzzz-mew.

Day 102

Oh Yuck! Gross! Bleh! EWWWW!! Not again! I CAT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! I am furry furred up with the gunk these two-paws are furreeding me. It smells worse than a wet mouse and tastes more revolting than what I coughed up last week, which was furry gross by the way. They expect me to eat this, this garbage! while they dine and furreast on the furrancy purrleasures and deli-cat-cies of the gods. They must all be furrll of mouse farts if they think I will eat this crap. I'd like to see them try to hold down this mess.

I mean I do not think it's furrair that they get to dine on the king of the sea or the queen of the air, but hey I'm just a cat, what do I know? No one bothers to ask me what I want. It's not like I can understand what those two-paws are meowing but I'd

still like them to notice me and mew
wants and purrleasures. You'd think afurrter 102 days I would know a two-paw but I guess not. It's like they have no furreelings beclaws I stare at them with mew kitty eyes but they don't give in. Maybe they all are robots in disguise. Maybe that's why they have fur in the wrong places and no tails. I'll soon learn their tricks. I just sit and watch them munch away their emotions, hunger, and even sickness. These two-paws furreed at the oddest and weirdest moments. There are a couple of two-paws I can purrlay my claw-di mind tricks on. They are the grand-kittens of these two-paws and they obey mew eyes and purrthetic cries of hunger. I can easily trick these young two-paws into giving me their de-fish-ious furrood. All I have to do now is meow and
they furrllow me.I am slowly learning ways

of how to manipulate and make the two-paws take mew side furr once. One day I will rule this shelter. I am one paw closer to total take over. "That's one small stride for cat, one giant pounce for cat kind." Until I conquer the world I must conquer the shelter, so for now I'll sleep on it with another cat nap.

Paw love

Day 85

           I have defurized the purrfect attack purrlan afurrter much thought. I'll use my claws as mew weapon. Ohh! Here comes a two-paw now. Quick! I gotta hide furrom them. Ha! they won't even know I'm coming. I get into purrsition and wait furr mew move.

                     

Daaaa-dummm, Daa-dumm, Da-dum. Scary Paws mewsic purrlaying furr empurrasis. Charge!!! I make mew move. All is going well until I realize mew mewstake. Oh mew Bast! Two-paws are dog-nor-mouse!!!




 
 There's no way I could bring them down so I went furr the closest thing I could tackle. Their paws. I'm a genius. I'm like Meowstein or Pawking. The two-paw went down like Dogzilla. I furround a new love, paws. The only furrnny thing about them are the paw covers they wear. They are furry purrculiar. They smell all delightfurrl and I have a weird urge to stuff mew furrace in them. I think I may have a paw furretish.

These paw coverings are the only purrtection they have against me. Their brains are just furrilled with mousefarts. I'll just steal all of their paw coverings. Then the coverings will be mine and I can attack their paws! It's so genius it might just work. I won't bother with the purrlan furr awhile though. I'll make sure their minds are furrar furrom their paw coverings. Until then I must catnap until the next thing that ruffles my fur.
